Abstract

DAŘÍLKOVÁ, Anna: Hillside family house, Bachelor’s Thesis, Ostrava, 2026, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, number of pages 76. Supervisor: doc. Ing. arch. Zdeněk Trefil. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a functional and aesthetically appealing building with respect to the sloping terrain of the site and the surrounding development. The subject of the thesis is the preparation of partial project documentation for the construction of a family house located on plot nuber 2651/1 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava. The documentation is prepared in an appropriate scope in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for the thesis is an architectural study developer in the course Studio Design I under the supervision of Ing. arch. Radim Václavík, which was further elaborated in course Studio Design V under the supervision of doc. Ing. arch. Zdeněk Trefil. The professional consultant for building construction is Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The thesis consists of a written and a drawing part, both prepared in accordance with the assignment of the bachelor’s thesis with a focus on architecture.
