Současné trendy v oblasti fotovoltaických technologií

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes current trends in the field of photovoltaic technologies, ranging from fundamental physical principles to practical applications. The theoretical part places photovoltaics within the context of modern energetics, explains the mechanism of converting solar radiation into electrical energy in semiconductors, and describes the production and properties of major cell types, including crystalline silicon, thin-film, and perovskite structures. The practical part focuses on the author's own measurement of parameters of selected panels under various lighting conditions. Based on the acquired data, a comparison of the efficiency and performance characteristics of individual technologies is performed. The results of the thesis evaluate the influence of radiation intensity and type on the function of the tested panels and compare the behavior of the different technologies.
