Abstract
This thesis focuses on one of the main type of business entity – a limited company. Its goal is to analyze issues of SMEs and describe practical establishment process of a limited company, including the business plan. Thesis consists of two main parts. The first part lays the theoretical foundation that is later built on. The practical second part is focused on the description of particular steps leading to the establishment of the company and business plan development.
