Abstract
This bachelor work is focused on tourist trade in Europe. Dominant themes are European cuisines, national food and specialties, culture of mess and gourmet habits of some European countries. There is special chapter in my work which is dedicated to the culinary in the Czech Republic. Another theme of my work is tourist trade, its main forms and explanation of expression gastronomic tourism which is specific form of tourist trade. There is another part of my work which is dedicated to the History of messing in Europe. It is divided into the Prehistoric Ages with which is closely connected with hunting and start of agriculture, then Ancient Era where the most important point was messing in antique Greece and Rome and finally the Middle Ages when mess culture and gastronomy began increasing.
