The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the notification of construction or the issuance of a building permit according to Annex 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. and for the implementation of construction according to Annex 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The basis for the preparation of this work was a study that was prepared in the course Studio Work I in the academic year 2020/21 and was further modified in the course Studio Work V in the academic year 2023/24. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family terraced house in Muglinovo, located in the urban area of Silesian Ostrava. The building is designed in a terraced development and the layout corresponds to the permanent residence of a family of four. It is a two-storey building with a flat roof and no basement. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely the text part of the project documentation with accompanying report and the technical report. The bachelor thesis includes an appendix that contains drawings of the designed building together with an architectural specialization that addresses the staircase in the building.
