Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of automatic reclosing in highvoltage distribution networks. The aim is to create a laboratory task for testing the function of automatic reclosing using the ABB REF630 multifunctional feeder protection. The theoretical part deals with general fault and protection issues with a focus on overcurrent and distance protection. The reclosing function and description of the REF630 protection is a separate chapter. The practical part describes the creation of the automatic reclosing function using the PCM600 software and the integration of the protection into the physical model of the substation. In the final part, a sample laboratory task is developed.
