Komparace samostatné působnosti obcí z hlediska hospodaření

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide comparison economic features of two different municipalities based on an analysis of their budgets, evaluation of their strategic goals and proposal to further finances achievement. Two municipalities are concerned - Tovačov a Tučín, both of Olomouc region. By the description method there is basic legal knowledge of administration law, public administration stated; in the frame of self-government the terms such as public-law corporation, municipality and its governance are formulated. In the practical part both municipalities are characterized, their authority bodies determined and budgets analyzed as for income and outcome within the years 2010 and 2011. To analyze the budgets the financial reports have been used. Both municipalities are further compared by comparison method as for their total economies and some chosen particular items on income and outcome sides. The parts of this thesis recommendation how to obtain further finances to achieve strategic goals are set.
