Abstract

REPÁŇOVÁ, D.: Semi-detached house in Dobrá: Bachelors thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2022. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Klára Palánová, Ph.D. The objective of this bachelor´s thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family semi-detached house in the village Dobrá near Frýdek-Místek. The thesis is based on the documents of the architectural study from the subject Ateliérová tvorba V. and from the documents of the project documentation for the building permit from the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va. The aim of the thesis was to design a family semi-detached house for two families with children. The houses are designed separately with one common impassable wall. The plot is divided into two parts belonging to each house. The houses have entrances and each parking space separated by a fence. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part is the theoretical one containing the technical report and the second part is the project documentation, which also contains a detail of the stairwell as a specialization of Architecture.
