Zpracování projektu založení poradenské společnosti pro podnikovou diagnostiku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu založení poradenské společnosti. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů z oblasti podnikání, vymezení právních forem podnikání a určení účelu a struktury podnikatelského plánu, jenž by měl být zpracován každým podnikatelem před započetím podnikatelské činnosti. Závěr teoretické části patří základním pojmům týkajících se rizika a jeho analýzy. V praktické části práce je pak nejprve vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán poradenské společnosti dle teoretických východisek, následně je pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů zhodnocena jeho ekonomická efektivnost a nakonec jsou analyzována potenciální rizika a jejich vliv na provoz založené společnosti s návrhy jejich eliminace či redukce. Pro určení celkové pravděpodobnosti úspěchu je sestrojen pravděpodobností strom, jehož výsledek může být rovněž uvažován jako celkové riziko podnikatelského záměru. V poslední části praktické části práce je sestaven postup implementace založení poradenské společnosti.

The diploma thesis´s theme is elaborating the project for the establishment of a consulting company. Theory in the thesis is focused on defining basic concepts in the field of entrepreneurship, defining legal forms of business and to determine purpose and structure of a business plan, which every entrepreneur should elaborate before commencement of his/her business activity. The last part of theory is devoted to basics concepts of the risk and its analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, firstly there is elaborated business plan in accordance with theoretical basics, then by using selected financial indicators there is evaluated economic efficiency and finally there are analysed potential risks and their effect on the company with the proposals of their elimination or reduction. In order to determine total probability of success there is constructed probabilistic tree, whose result can also be considered as total risk of the business plan. In the end of the practical part of the thesis there is drawn implementation process for the establishment of the company.
