Abstract
The content of this thesis is to develop an outline of a possible road link of II/440 and III/44021 in cadaster of city Hranice in a range of technical study. The road link should be carried out approximately along the railway line No. 270, as indicated in the diploma thesis assignment .
Road link is located in the Olomouc Region, the cadastral territory of the city Hranice. This road link should divert traffic from urban to rural areas and reduce the impact of transport on the environment of the city. According to the basic assessment the construction costs were estimated .
