Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is the application of the production part approval process for series production in the company OEZ s.r.o. The first part of the thesis summarizes the current attitudes to production part approval process for series production. It provides the requirements related to specific methodologies. The second part of the thesis analyses the company current status. It offers the analysis of the directive for production part approval and the methodology guideline used in the company. The third part specifies the recommendations for documentation adjustment, compares the part approval process in the company with PPAP requirements and shows a practical example of the measurement system analysis. The fourth part summarizes the achieved results.
