Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the preparedness of the Czech public for the declaration of a state of war. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly introduces the legal regulation of this issue, what is the defence of the Czech Republic and what is included in the defence of the state, and last but not least what rights and obligations natural and legal persons have. The practical part is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the level of preparedness of the Czech public for the declaration of a state of war, including the proposal of possible measures and innovations to improve weak points and shortcomings of this issue.
