Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the problems of human factor influence on safety in the working system. The aim is to analyze the role of human factors during the work with mining and driving machines. To make the analysis were used data from Mine ČSM which is one of the active mines owned by the company OKD. At first the thesis deals with the basic systems of safety controlling and safety policy of OKD. Followed by a general procedure for the identification and assessment of the risks, including basic methods. Another chapter assesses the development of work injures and emergency accidents in the years 2006 – 2009. Next the thesis discusses the problems of human factor reliability, man – machine system and human errors. The last part is devoted to analysis and evaluation of their results.
