Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is to identify and introduce the position and role of the manager in personnel work of company in terms of theoretical methods and actual practice - a practical approach to securing one of the most important tasks of the company and personnel management and everything connected with it externally through selected company. The theoretical part focuses on the personality of the manager, his responsibilities and competences within the company personnel management, basic definition of the company, its structure and personnel management of company. The practical part compares theoretical approaches and methods used in the practice of the externally selected company. The results of this thesis points to the introduction of changes that leads to improvement of the problem in the company.
