Územní studie lokality "Za Humny" v obci Dolní Lhota pro účel individuálního bydlení

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh využití území pro individuální bydlení v lokalitě "Za Humny" v obci Dolní Lhota v okrese Ostrava. Obsahem práce je především urbanistické řešení nové výstavby rodinných domů s ohledem na územní plán a limity předmětného území. Urbanistický návrh je řešen variantně s tím, že jedna varianta je zpracována do konečné podoby územní studie. Součástí studie je popis stávajícího území, zpracování návrhu řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, začlenění ploch zeleně a plochy pro občanskou vybavenost, vizualizace území a zpracování orientačního propočtu finančních nákladů navrženého území.

The aim of bachelor thesis is the territory study of individual housing in a location "Za Humny" in Dolní Lhota in district Ostrava. The content of this work is primarily urban solution of a new construction of family houses with regard to the master plan and limits of the area. The urban proposal is solved variantly in which one option is processed into its final form of territorial study. The study contains a description of the current area, drafting solution of transport and technical infrastructure, the integration of green spaces and areas for civil amenities, visualization and processing of territory preliminary calculation of financial costs of the proposed territory.
