Informační model budovy v provozu objektu aquaparku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the methodology of information modelling and the explanation of terms and definitions of this methodology. It also solves how to apply this methodology of information model on an individual phase of construction. The integral part of these phases is the group of people who create the individual phases. Therefore, I deal with the communication of individual participants of construction, primarily with the architect, designer, contractor and facility manager. As for the continuity of this thesis, a aquarpark in Uherské Hradiště was chosen for the practical part. The 3D information model of the aquarpark together with air conditioning unit, which represents the core of this thesis, is created in the practical part. The defects of this technical device are then discovered on the basis of obtained data. There is suggestion of new solutions in the end of the thesis.
