Abstract

This thesis deals with Evaluation of Employee Remuneration System in a Selected Company. The aim is to describe theoretically issues of remuneration of employees. The pratical part of diploma thesis describes a current situation of employee remuneration in chosen organization and then evaluates this situation. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms as human resources management, remuneration, remuneration philosophy, strategy and policy. The practical part deals with basic information of chosen company, current situation of remuneration system. The questionnare survey identifies employee satisfaction with the current system of remuneration in the organization. Based on the result, recommendations are proposed to improve the current situation of remuneration system.
