Fuzzy model pro diagnostiku příčiny závratí

Abstract

The thesis deals with the diagnosis of dizziness from a standard vestibulological examination indicated by the doctor of Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of the University Hospital Hradec Králové using fuzzy logical models. Two models are designed, central model for central etiology and peripheral for peripheral etiology of dizziness. The outputs of these models enter to the next fuzzy model, which has two variants - input data as maxima or defuzzification values. The model is tested on 21 patients. The resulting model output is compared with the diagnosis of the doctor. The basic models coincide with the diagnosis of the doctor at 38,1 %, the combining model in the maximum variant at 33,3 %, in deffuzification at 14,3 %. Due to the low percentage of the model success, it will be necessary to explore diagnoses over time, obtain diagnoses and rules from multiple experts.
