Abstract

I concerned with the evaluation of land in connection with its buy-out in public interest in my dissertation. The point of the dissertation was the evaluation of land file by selected methods and the appreciation the observed results. The methods which are available for evaluation of land was described in this dissertation. The expropriation with it is possible to meet in connection with the property buy-out in public interest was explained too. Three types of land was evaluated, namely the forest, the greenland and the arable land. These land was evaluated with the administrative and market methods, subsesquently the results were compared and the used methods were appreciated. The land price in case of the expropriation was also evaluated.
