Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the level of employee engagement in a selected company. The objective is to carry out an analysis of the current level of employee engagement through semi-structured interviews and surveys. Based on the received results, suggestions and recommendations will be developed and then later presented to the owner of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes theoretical outcomes, which are needed for the evaluation of the current level of employee engagement. The practical part characterizes the selected company, it also analyzes the current level of employee engagement and lastly it interprets the results of given surveys. Based on these steps, suggestions and recommendations are created, which could lead to an increase of the employee engagement level.
