Abstract

The goal of this bachelor work is to describe company culture and strategic industrial company management. The first part is devoted to explanation of company culture term. The following part describes elements and definition of company culture, strong and weak culture and the factors, which influence this culture. In second part of the work is explained the definition of strategy and there are described strategic objectives in details, strategic management and his process and the relationship between company culture and strategy.
