Abstract

Abstrakt: PAVLÍKOVÁ, E. Územní studie lokality SO Z3, Dolní Lhota. Ostrava: VŠB-TUO, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství, 2015. 60 stran. Bakalářská práce řeší formou územní studie využití a prostorové uspořádání zastavitelné plochy SO Z3 na okraji obce Dolní Lhota u Ostravy. Prostřednictvím studie byly vytvořeny s ohledem na stávající charakter obce tři variantní návrhy využití území pro výstavbu rodinných domů. Vybraný návrh ukazuje rozdělení zájmové plochy do pozemků s možností výstavby izolovaných a řadových rodinných domů včetně plochy pro odpočinek a zábavu. Řešení je dopracováno podrobněji návrhem dopravní a technické infrastruktury s možností jejího napojení na současný stav okolí. Pro konkrétní variantu je zpracováno ekonomické zhodnocení a vizualizace území.

Abstract: PAVLÍKOVÁ, E. Urban Study of SO Z3 locality in Dolní Lhota. Ostrava: VŠB-TUO, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, 2015. 60 pages. The bachelor thesis solves form of urban study utilization and the spatial arrangement of developable area SO Z3 on the edge of the village of Dolni Lhota near Ostrava. Through the study were made three alternative land use proposals for construction of family houses with regard to the existing character of the village. The selected proposal shows the distribution area of interest to building plots with the possibility of construction isolated and terraced houses, including areas for relaxation and entertainment. The solution is detail finalized by design of traffic and technical infrastructure with the possibility of its connection to the current state of the neighborhood. For specific variant is processed economic evaluation and visualization of the territory.
