Měření charakteristik polovodičových součástek s užitím analyzátoru 370A a jejich následné využití pro návrh obvodu

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis I have written is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part – the theoretical is focused on semiconductors. In the introduction the basic conceptsand definitions have been explained. The second part – the practical, deals with the measurement of current-voltage characteristics of the Zener diode and bipolar transistor with the help of Tektronix 370A analyzer. Determination of basic parameters that are necessaryfor the design of circuit have been followed. The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to design the DC voltage regulator with the Zener diode and the AC transistor amplifier. The part of this thesis is an experimental verification of the proposed circuits.
