Abstract
Core of this thesis rests in a marketing research conducted for the Infos Art company. This company sells personal computers, notebooks, network components and Internet connections. The objective of the research was to find an answer to the question if the Infos Art clients are satisfied with Internet and other services provided. Further, the research focused on the company demand analysis and attraction of potential new customers as well as improvement of the services offered by the Infos Art company. The marketing research was conducted using the method of questionnaire survey. Therefore, besides a theoretical part, the thesis include a practical part as well.
