Zjišťování hranic vnitřního obvodu komplexní pozemkové úpravy v k.ú. Háj u Duchcova

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má za cíl popsat jednu z etap komplexních pozemkových úprav, a to zjišťování průběhu hranic obvodu. Úkolem je seznámit s postupem přípravných prací a vlastního zjišťování za účasti vlastníků a komise. V úvodní teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a specifikace dotčeného území. Praktická část následně popisuje přesný postup prací u konkrétní části vnitřního obvodu pozemkové úpravy, jejímž výsledkem je elaborát ZPH, který je jedním z podkladů pro zápis zpřesněného obvodu do katastru nemovitostí.

The bachelor's thesis aims to describe one of the stages of comprehensive land consolidation, namely the determination of the course of the perimeter boundaries. The task is to introduce the procedure of preparatory work and the actual determination with the participation of owners and the commission. In the introductory theoretical part, basic terms and specifications of the affected area are explained. The practical part then describes the exact procedure of work for a specific part of the inner perimeter of the land consolidation, resulting in the ZPH report, which is one of the documents for recording the refined perimeter in the real estate cadastre.
