Abstract

The aim of this diploma work is analyze the storage of finished products in TRESTLES a.s. company, which consists in describing the present state of purchase, storage, expedition and ranking of finished goods inventory with evaluation their turnover, needful and percentil representation. Theoretical part is focused mainly on logistics and its instruments, as supply, production and distribution. In practical part was made ranking of finished goods inventory using several different methods and subsequent evaluation. This evaluation should help to management TRESTLES a.s. in deciding about the size of stock and how much financial resources will be blocked in these reserves.
