Hodnocení výkonnosti pobytových sociálních služeb

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of the social services. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze performance and to evaluate the technical efficiency of the selected retirement homes functioning as funded organizations of Moravian-Silesian Region from the years of 2011 to 2015. The theoretical part of the thesis is then focused on the performance and theoretical characteristics of the social services in the Czech Republic, including a review of quality of the services and description of the system used to evaluate those criteria. The practical part analyses the data using the data envelopment analysis (DEA), focusing on two data models - The input-oriented model (Model A) and output-oriented model (Model B), both focusing on constant and variable returns to scale.
