Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and methods for evaluating the company's competitiveness. In the practical part, the individual analyzes are subsequently applied to the selected company. These are PEST analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, financial analysis, VRIO analysis, Harry Pollak's business vitality model, Spider analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the company and, based on the application of selected methods, to formulate proposals and recommendations for strengthening competitiveness.
