Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of economical and organizational aspects of offence administration in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work has been to evaluate the performance of civil offence administration within the administrative area of municipal autority Rožnov pod Radhoštěm between the years 2019 and 2023. The thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretically-methodogical part is devoted to state administration of transferred authority generally. Moreover, it contains general knowledge of public contracts, offence administration, and public convictions. The confirmation part of the thesis describes the particular town and municipal autority Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, while is presents data within the economy and organization. It further explains the methods applied for analysis and contains general evaluation of the performance of civil offence administration within the econimical and organizational context during the given period. The outcomes show the demanding character of the civil offence administration, and this is why smaller municipalities procceed to conclude contracts with bigger minucipal authorities as a cost-effective solution. Within the context of organization, personal productivity of civil offence administration has been proven effective. The conclusion states recommendations that could lead to improved offence administration without vain cost increase.
