Abstract

The process of education and development of employees is one of the key areas of management and human resource management. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current state of education and development in Třinecké železárny a. s. company and find out potential problems. In the chapter called Suggestions and recommendations is I focused on elimination of these problems.
