Abstract

My bachelor thesis was created to discuss all communication forms that are used in the company YSSEN tools Ltd. Each of us daily communicates via telephone, e-mails, letters in verbal and nonverbal form. But do we use forms of communication as they should be used correctly?. At the beginning of my thesis I mention the description of the company, and other parts are dealing with communication styles. The conclusion of my thesis includes proposals and recommendations, which would, in my view, help the company YSSEN tools Ltd. improve internal and external communication
