Abstract
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the structural imbalance in the labor marker in 2012 - 2017. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with labor market, job demand, job offer and balance in the labor market. The practical part deals directly with the development of the offer and demand for work by proffession, levels of education. The last part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations how to change the problems which will be decribed.
