Abstract
This thesis deals with the development of software for reading and visualization of electrooculographic records. The functions used for communication between the BMENG DAU data acquisition unit and a computer are contained in the shared library. The whole software is programmed in the MATLAB development environment and enables smooth rendering of electrooculographic record in real time. With the identical frequency band it is possible to capture and visualize electrocardiographic records or a plethysmographic curve in this designed program. The graphical user interface allows rendering of an entire record with an active or inactive IIR filter, saving a record into a file or its final print.
