Návrh příručního informačního materiálu k poskytnutí první pomoci pro příslušníky HZS ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje úroveň informovanosti příslušníků HZS ČR o první pomoci. Cílem práce je navrhnout příruční informační materiál týkající se první pomoci v typických situacích, se kterými se příslušníci HZS ČR nejčastěji setkávají. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část je věnována legislativnímu základu k danému tématu a literárním zdrojům. Ve druhé části je přehled o školení první pomoci u příslušníků HZS ČR. Třetí část je věnována statistickým údajům, na základě kterých je ve čtvrté části posouzena kvalita stávajících materiálů o první pomoci používaných u HZS ČR. V této části jsou také navrhnuta zlepšení těchto materiálů. V páté části je popsán problém při spolupráci HZS ČR a ZZS s poskytováním lékařské pomoci v rizikových lokalitách při zásahu.

The diploma thesis describes the level of informedness of the Fire and Rescue Service Members about the first aid. The purpose of work is to project the hand informative material concerning first aid in specific situation that meets the Fire and Rescue Service Members most often. The work is divided into 5 parts. The first part is devoted to legislative principle of the given theme and to literary sources. In the second part is summary of the training the Fire and Rescue Service Members. The third part is devoted to statistic data, on the strength of which is in the fourth part sized up the quality of current First Aid manuals used by the Fire and Rescue Service Members. In this part is also drafted the improvement of these manuals. In the fifth part is described the problem by the cooperation the Fire and Rescue Service Members with the Salvage and Rescue Service by the providing the medical help in risk locality by the intervention.
