Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of recruitment and selection of employees. The first part of this thesis is focused on the theoretical description of the recruitment and selection of employees. The second part analyzes the process of obtaining and selecting in a selected organization using questionnaire survey, interview, observation and analysis of internal documents. On the basis of an assessment of the current situation and findings, the following recommendations for improvement are proposed. Publication of job offers on social networks, introduction of rewards for employee recommendations, improvement of the job offer on the organization's website, determination of the uniform time of sending the results of the selection procedure to the applicants, inclusion of the sample of work samples in the selection procedure for the working position, introduction of professional tests or AC, With the process of recruiting and selecting employees.
