Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of employee benefits provided by a contributory (non-profit public) organization. The aim is to evaluate the types of benefits offered to employees, their impact on motivation and satisfaction, and their effectiveness from the employer's perspective. The thesis includes a theoretical section describing the general concept of employee benefits and their legal and accounting aspects, and a practical section analyzing a specific contributory organization. The result is a set of recommendations for optimizing the benefit system in the organization.
