Rekonstrukce objektů z hlediska požární bezpečnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením problematiky stavebních úprav stávajících objektů, zejména rekonstrukcí z hlediska požární bezpečnosti staveb. V první části práce je shrnuto komplexní legislativní a normativní ukotvení dané problematiky, v druhé části práce je provedena aplikace normativních a legislativních požadavků na konkrétně řešený projekt a anályza vztahu k normě ČSN 73 0834. V třetí části práce se zabývám bezpečnostně - ekonomickým dopadem aplikovaných požadavků na uživatele stavby a investora.

This bachelor thesis deals with the questions of construction work on already finished buildings, especially with the reconstructions considering fire safety of the buildings. The first part contains complex legislative and directive basics of the matter, the second part is concerned with the application of directive and legal requirements on the particular project and the analysis of their relation to the norm ČSN 72 0834. The third part deals with the safety and economic impact of applicated requirements on the users and the owner of the building.
