Možnosti cestovního ruchu ve Slavičíně a okolí

Abstract

The thesis deals with the „Tourism Possibilities in Slavicin and its Surroundings“. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether Slavicin is an attractive town, in which residents have everything they need for everyday life, and whether it is an attractive place for tourists. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, which are then further divided into chapters and subchapters. The theoretical part describes professional information about tourism, history, development, definitions, and the determination of any essential concepts in the field of tourism. In the practical part a questionnaire survey was conducted, in which a questionnaire was divided into two groups for residents of Slavicin and for residents of its surroundings, who do not live in Slavicin but often visit the town, whether it is for work or other reasons. Furthermore, in the practical part a directed interview was conducted with the mayor of the town, and a SWOT analysis was made. The research results obtained suggested recommendations how to improve tourism in Slavicin and how to eliminate deficiencies that are felt by the residents themselves.
