Vytvoření dashboardu na základě analýzy dat z informačního systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření dashboardu pro firmu AVE Soft s.r.o., která by byla schopna z navrženého dashboardu vyčíst ukazatele informačního systému a podle toho například ovlivnit nasazování nových verzí systému jednotlivým zákazníkům. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika Business Intelligence (BI), včetně základních pojmů a komponent BI. V analytické části je nejprve představena společnost a následně popsán proces, jakým způsobem informační systém Evolio pracuje a jak z něj firma reportuje data. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky, které vedly k návrhu kompletního dashboardu.

This thesis focuses on creation of a dashboard for company AVE Soft s.r.o. that would be able to read measures of information system from designed dashboard and accordingly, for example, affect the deployment of new versions for individual customers. The theoretical part deals with Business Intelligence (BI), including basic terms and components of BI. In the analytical part is first introduced the company and then the process of how the information system Evolio works and how the company reports the data from him is described. The practical part characterizes the steps that led to the design of a complete dashboard.
