Abstract

This thesis examines the process of providing assistance of the Czech Red Cross during an extraordinary event. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the organization of the International Red Cross Movement and the Czech Red Cross. There are analyzed forms of humanitarian assistance Czech Red Cross. The second practical part of the thesis deals with the procedure of the Czech Red Cross in providing assistance. There is also an analysis of the forms of assistance and possible future strategy to maximize the potential of various forms of assistance.
