Abstract

This thesis analyzes customers increased profitability within custom manufacturing. This is a custom products manufacturing made of corrugated cardboard. In-depth analysis of the price gradual disintegration, the space for costs improvement can be identified. If the profit at cost site cannot be increased, it is neccessary to start dealing with a revenue side. For analysis, we use the specialized reports and processes which are presented in this work. The target of the thesis is to show how to increase the customers´profitability, or possibly terminate the business with the customers where we are not able to generate any profit.
