Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on comparision of an old-age pension system in the Czech and Slovak republic in 2018 and its history up to 1993. The aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate these systems and compare uniformity of distribution in the population. The main result is formulated as a recommendation for a more sustainable and fairer pension system.
