Analýza rizik přicházejících od dodavatelů a návrhy opatření k jejich zmírnění

Abstract

This theses deals with the analysis of supplier risks. The aim of the thesis is, based on the risk analysis, to propose measures to mitigate supplier risks in a particular unnamed company. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical level of risk managment. In the analytic part, supplier risk indentification and analysis in a particular company is carried out. For selected risks, an FMEA analysis is performed to determine their causes. The output of the thesis are recommendations for measures to mitigate the identified risks.
