The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction work of the proposed building Polyfunctional House in Ostrava Vitkovice. The building has been designed to integrate into the urban and architectural design and meet the demands and needs of the population. The square is then completed with office space, a cafe and a small shop on the ground floor, fpr the apartments is designed underground garage. The entire building has wheelchair access and is designed for people with limited mobility. The aim was to design a building as energy-efficient. Part of the work is thermally technical assessment claddings, label the envelope of the building, assessed according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011).
