Odvaly historických šachet po těžbě Pb-Zn-Cu rud jako součást ochrany krajinného rázu (CHKO Jeseníky)

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení pozůstatků historické těžby Pb-Zn-Cu rud v oblasti Chráněné krajinné oblasti Jeseníky z pohledu ochrany krajinného rázu. Práce se zabývá propojením industriálního dědictví s přírodními hodnotami a analyzuje, do jaké míry jsou pozůstatky hornické činnosti součástí krajinné identity a jaká environmentální rizika s nimi mohou být spojena. Cílem bylo zhodnotit význam těchto prvků z hlediska kulturní a přírodní hodnoty krajiny, legislativních aspektů jejich ochrany a možné ekologické zátěže. Práce kombinuje rešerši odborné literatury, legislativních dokumentů a historických map s terénním průzkumem modelového území Soukenná, včetně odběru a analýzy vzorků substrátu metodou XRF. Výsledky ukazují, že pozůstatky těžby mohou tvořit nedílnou součást krajinného rázu CHKO Jeseníky, ale zároveň mohou představovat potenciální environmentální riziko kvůli zvýšené koncentraci potenciálně toxických prvků (kovů), zejména olova, zinku, mědi a arsenu. Práce přináší doporučení pro citlivý přístup k ochraně těchto struktur v kontextu kulturní i přírodní krajiny.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the assessment of the remnants of historical Pb-Zn-Cu ore mining in the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area from the perspective of landscape character protection. The work addresses the connection between industrial heritage and natural values, analysing the extent to which remnants of mining activities form part of the landscape identity and what environmental risks may be associated with them. The aim was to evaluate the significance of these elements in terms of the cultural and natural value of the landscape, legislative aspects of their protection, and potential ecological burdens. The thesis combines a review of scientific literature, legislative documents, and historical maps with field research in the model area of Soukenná, including substrate sampling and analysis using the XRF method. The results indicate that mining remnants can form an integral part of the landscape character of the Jeseníky PLA but may also pose potential environmental risks due to elevated concentrations of potentially toxic elements (metals), particularly lead, zinc, copper, and arsenic. The thesis provides recommendations for a sensitive approach to the protection of these structures in the context of both cultural and natural landscapes.
