Polyfunkční budova v Pelhřimově

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the complete projekt documentation of The multifunctional building in Pelhřimov. It is a four-storey non-basement building, with exhibition and office spaces with technical facilities on the first and second floors, and 8 residential units on the third and fourth floors. The building is designed from a brick construction system of ceramic cut blocks. The diploma thesis also includes a technical report, thermal technical assessment of the structures forming the building envelope, the energy label of the building envelope, the static calculation of the selected structural element.
