Bachelors thesis deals with the elaboration of a project for a detached family house with the development of inside sewage and disposal of waste water. The disposal of waste water has two diferent variants. The first variant is the disposal of waste water by domestic sewage treatment plant with infiltration. The other variant is a cesspool with the consecutive disposal of waste water to the local sewage treatment plant. Both proposed variants are financially compared. The project documentation is formulated in range of construction realization. The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and the projecting part.
