Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou oddlužení a specifiky oddlužení manželů. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení a analýza problematiky oddlužení se zaměřením na společné oddlužení manželů. Práce je strukturována do tří hlavních kapitol. První část diplomové práce se ve dvou podkapitolách zaměřuje na základní problematiku insolventního řízení a popis základních teoretických pojmů. Druhá část diplomové práce popisuje proces oddlužení a specifika oddlužení manželů. Třetí část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na analýzu třech praktických příkladů společného oddlužení manželů po novele insolventního zákonu v roce 2014. Orientací by tato diplomová práce mohla sloužit jako vhodný zdroj informací pro osoby, zabývající se o problematiku oddlužení manželů.

The thesis deals with a discharge from debts and specifics of a discharge from debts of married couples. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and the analysis of the problematics of a discharge from debts, especially of married couples. The thesis is structured as three main chapters. The first is focused on the basic problematics of insolvency proceedings and the description of basic theoretical concepts. The second describes the process of a discharge from debts and specifics of a discharge from debts of married couples. The third part is focused on the analysis of the three examples of a discharge from debts of married couples after the novel of the Insolvency Act which came to force in 2014. The thesis should serve as a useful source of information for people dealing with a discharge from debts of married couples.
