Plán fyzické ochrany významného objektu v průmyslové zóně

Abstract

Diplomová práce uvádí aktuální stav celého komplexu průmyslové zóny, popisuje areál a činnosti významných společností, včetně jejich zařazení do skupiny A nebo B dle zákona o prevenci závažných havárií a s tím spojené povinnosti. Rozebírá problematiku zajištění bezpečnosti obecně i konkrétně, v souladu se současným stavem, a poukazuje i na provázanost bezpečnostních opatření. Zdůrazňuje význam samostatného řešení zajištění bezpečnosti Výzkumného ústavu průmyslové chemie - významného objektu v průmyslové zóně Semtín a předkládá návrh plánu fyzické ochrany vytypovaného objektu VÚPCH.

This thesis deals with the current state of the whole complex of the industrial zone. It describes the industrial estate and the activities of important companies, their matching with group A or B according to the Major Accident Prevention Act and duties connected with it. It analyses problems of safety providing in general and in the concrete in accordance with the current state and then it points out to the interconnection of safety measures. It emphasizes the importance of the independent solution of safety providing of the Research Institute of Industrial Chemistry – the important object in the industrial zone of Semtín and it brings the draft of the plan of the physical protection of the chosen object of the Research Institute of Industrial Chemistry.
