Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on the efficiency of the expanditure on education of employees of the Municipal Office in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the public administration in the Czech republic and specification of public administration employees and their education. The expanditure on education of employyes of the municipal office for the period 2015-2018 is analyzed in the second part of the bachelor thesis. Individual years for period 2015-2018 are analyzed according to the type of education and evaluated according to the expanditure. The aim of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the efficiency of expanditure on education of employees of the municipal office for the period 2015-2018.
